The Brief
Morgan Sindall Plc has been using Intextra 3 as a Group wide Intranet solution for the past 2 years with a single Intranet used by all divisions. It became clear that not all divisions had the same requirements from an intranet and their business processes were often poles apart due to the nature of their work.
AWS were tasked with providing a solution to this problem through implementing multiple Intranets that are tailored to the business needs of each division. The key to ensuring the success is the ability for each division to search and navigate across all sites.
The Solution
Intextra® delivers knowledge sharing, latest news, key events and search to all employees across all divisions and brands. A key feature of the intranet is the People, Products and Places directory, creating a skills database for all employees and a complete database of all projects completed and the key factors involved.
